GETS English exam is for all, from students to professionals, this test of proficiency in English language is divided into seven different levels, considering the different requirements of students and professionals. As we all know, English is a global language. GETS-Elementary: this stage of assessment test for English language learners, would be based on testing the cognitive and creative thinking skills along with testing academic abilities.
GETS-Primary- this stage of language skills assessment test would be based on CLIL that stands for Content and Language Integrated Learning Approach. Students would be tested on the basis of general English, subject language understanding and oral presentation skills.
GETS-Secondary- this stage of English language proficiency test, would be also based on CLIL as stated above, and the assessment would be based on general English, subject language and oral presentation skills.
GETS-Intermediate- linked to ongoing classroom learning, this stage of language skills assessment would also be based on the above-mentioned parameters.
GETS-Placement test- as the name suggests this is the English placement test, based on testing English language skills as per new age and contemporary settings.
GETS-Higher- this stage of global language assessment is based on testing English skills in a modular manner. The four modules would be listening, speaking, reading and writing.
GETS-Smart- this stage is based on testing English skills in a unique and integrated manner and results would be aligned with CEFR, that stands for Common European Framework of Reference for language.
